Our firm
was started in 1975 by P. William "Bill" Orth, CPA,
in a small office in Dover, Delaware. More than
35 years later, our firm has grown steadily and now
consists of 3 full time accounting professionals and 3 staff
assistants. Our
accounting firm was established to provide efficient, expert
solutions to businesses and individuals in a personalized
manner. Despite numerous changes in the profession, the
economy, and the world in general, we have purposed to keep
this as the guiding philosophy in the way we conduct our
practice.
We have a diverse clientele located throughout the
United States, with the greatest concentration being in
Delaware, Maryland, and the areas surrounding the Delmarva
Peninsula. We understand each of our clients have unique
needs and we strive to help each one achieve their goals.
Our partners have almost 90 years of combined
professional experience and are members in good standing of
multiple professional organizations: including the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the
Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA), and
the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accounts
(MACPA).
In addition, in an effort to ensure we are providing a
consistently high level of professional services, our firm
voluntarily subjects itself to an independent peer review of
our accounting and auditing practices. During our most recent
review, we received an unqualified report, which concluded
that we have successfully complied with the professional
standards established by the AICPA.
